Mary
Mary is a medium-sized female English Spot bunny. She is about 5 years old. She had initially been bonded with her sister Frisky but they were separated due to lack of space at the shelter where they were surrendered by their owner. (now if put back together they just fight) Mary has been spayed. She does well with using her litter box and eating her hay. She is very grumpy about being petted or held onto. We don’t blame her, she went through a lot being separated from her sister and living in a very small space and hands coming at her only to remove her from that space. She is very inquisitive and even interactive with people if you get down on her level and talk to her. She loves her cardboard box and likes to push it around her pen! She is currently being socialized with people and we hope she will learn to trust a kind humane! We think she will.
